- The Release Order should reach us by 12
noon and the Artwork should reach us by 4 p.m. latest on the
release of the advertisement.
- Cancellations done up to 3 p.m. on the
day before the release of the advertisement attract no
cancellation charges.
- Cancellation done after 3 pm and before 6
p.m. on the day before the release of the advertisement attract
50% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation done after 6 p.m. will not
be accepted on the day before the release of the advertisement.
- Standard Terms and conditions as
applicable in Nepal market shall apply. A detailed copy of the
terms and conditions is available upon request.
- All payments (Cheque/Bank Drafts/money Order) should be
made payable to Asia Pacific Communication Associates Nepal
Pvt. Ltd.

ADVERTISEMENT HANDLING
PROCESS |
- We accept digital files and ready
positives. For separations screen angle of positive should be 85
line per inch. While sending an open file it is requested to
provide all links.
- Print and colour reference should be
provided by client or agency for any advertisement to be released
on either newspaper.
- Convert all spot and RGB colours to CMYK
colours. Do not set the colours to overprint in any object.
- Multicolour type or text reversed out of
a four-colour image area should be greater in size. Also try to
avoid hairlines in case.
- Convert all text to curves/paths. This will alleviate most
font problems. If not possible, then include the screen and
printer font. And do not rename fonts.
- Single: Single rate will be applicable
for the advertisement to be published in either The Himalayan
Times or Annapurna Post.
- Combined: Combined rates will be
applicable for the advertisement to be published in both The
Himalayan Times & Annapurna Post.
- Combined rates will be applicable for the advertisements to
be published in The Himalayan Times and Annapurna Post within
7 days with same release order, same size and same artwork.
